卢坤 博士,教授,博士生导师,西南大学含弘优青,重庆英才·创新创业领军人才、重庆市“**学者”特聘教授,现任农学与生物科技学院党委委员、副院长、农业科学研究院副院长、南方山地农业教育部工程研究中心主任,长期从事油菜基因组研究。先后主持国家重点研发计划课题1项、国家自然科学基金3项、省部级项目10余项,在nature communications、nucleic acids research和pnas等杂志发表论文130余篇,h指数24,参编英文专著3部,获国家发明专利授权7项,国际会议口头报告9次;任frontiers in plant science和oil crop science副主编,bmc plant biology、peerj、plos one、《中国油料作物学报》和《中国农学通报》编委,plant cell等50余种杂志审稿专家;被聘为全球油菜创新理事会(gcirc)理事、重庆市科技青年联合会常务理事、重庆市农学会理事;被聘为国家自然科学基金、神农中华农业科技奖、教育部学位中心、北京市和河北省科技计划项目评审专家;获中国农学会青年科技奖、重庆市十佳科技青年奖、中国作物学会油料专委会首届“青年创新奖”、首届川渝科学技术大会优秀论文一等奖、重庆市科协自然科学优秀学术论文奖。

1. 揭示了油菜的起源和演化规律,明确了重要性状的群体进化机制和关键基因功能,为油菜育种提供了新思路;
2. 揭示了油菜高产和高收获指数的遗传基础,阐明多个产量相关基因控制激素信号交互和细胞周期,提高产量的分子机制,主研多个绿色高产油菜新品种;
3. 整合基因组资源,开发多个基因组分析平台和油菜50k snp液相芯片,助力油菜全基因组选择育种和智慧育种。
